I have no idea why I got this pipe but as soon as I opened the package, I was blown away by it's beauty. It's simple and stunning. I decided to get another one and I'll keep one as decor and use the other one.
The shipping time was excellent.
Customer service was great. I received an email from the seller that part of my order had to be cancelled bc the shipper was experiencing product shortages. I got the partial refund immediately.
I HIGHLY recommend this shop and the products. They are high-end quality glass makers, for a reasonable price.
